We went on a joint scientific retreat with the DaiSyBio group at TUM’s Science & Study Center in Raitenhaslach, Burghausen.
The two days were packed with great scientific exchange that will keep us busy with new ideas for months to come! We kicked things off with a joint poster session, held focused discussions in a World Café format, and talked about how each group works day-to-day: from the tools we use in our research to how we approach grading now that AI is so widely used.
We wrapped things up with a very fun and productive vibe coding session on our own research topics, as well as educational visualization, where we learned a lot from each other and were amazed by the potential of agentic AI in science and education.
