Student assistant (“HiWi”) positions
If you are interested in a student assistant position in our lab, the best way to apply is to attend one of our courses and show that you are interested in our research. We very often offer student assistant positions to our best students. Currently, their is one open position:
- Tasks: code refactoring to improve usability of an existing Python package for ML-based gating of flow cytometry data, training of clinicians in the usage of the package, involvement in ongoing research project on ML-supported MRD detection in leukaemia.
- Required qualifications: student at FAU, independent work style, above-average grades, strong Python skills, interest in developing software that is usable for clinicians.
- Boundary conditions: start as soon as possible, up to 8 hours per week.
