Contact hour for bioinformatics support
- We are offering an online contact hour for all CASCAID researchers where we are happy to provide guidance on questions regarding bioinformatics workflows and data analysis.

Courses in computational biology
- We are regularly offering courses on (i) basic Python skills, (ii) analysis of high-throughput sequencing data, and (iii) analysis of imaging data. All course material is available online at https://github.com/bionetslab/compbiol.
- If you are a CASCAID researcher and are interested in doing one or all of these courses, please sign up using the form below. Courses are scheduled once we have reached a sufficient number of interested people.
- Moreover, during the summer semester, the three course are taught jointly in the 5 ECTS module Practical Skills in Computational Biology. All CASCAID researchers are invited to join this module.
